Our Qualifications

Keith Lubbers offers the development part of the equation. He achieved his BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Dayton in 2000. Since then, he has worked for a financial company and a law firm as a Help Desk Consultant, Junior Programmer, Software Engineer, and Senior Web Developer. Keith has experience developing in various languages and envrionments, including ASP, ASP.NET with both VB.NET and C#, and PHP. He also follows the web standards, as defined by W3C, for page layout using HTML, XHTML and CSS.

Megan Lubbers contributes the design, photography, and writing skills to Bloom Web Solutions. She holds both a BA and MA in English from the University of Dayton. In addition to her English degrees, Megan has completed training in design programs and photography. She has written and copyedited books, newspaper articles, and websites. In a previous position, Megan helped organize and develop content for a new educational website over 200 pages.
